Return Policy

IMPORTANT RETURNS & EXCHANGE INFORMATION

• Every piece is made with individual care and attention. If for any reason you are not totally happy with your selection you are welcome to return it to us for a full refund. Please re-package the item and send it to us within 10 days of receiving it and we will issue you a full refund promptly.
• If you wish to return any goods, the return shipping cost is not covered by us. This is at your own cost. In the case of an exchange, we will cover the cost of sending out the new item to you.
• We want you to be totally happy with your purchase so if something is not in perfect condition, we would like to hear about it immediately. Please email: tracey@gorgeousstyle.co.nz so we can work to put things right for you.
